SAD...thats a simple adjective that i prefer to use to describe how i felt for what happened between u n ur frens..
mainly becos..i understand how hurtful it is to drift from people u call.."FRIENDS''...not just an ordinary frens..but u once saed to me..'they are my pillar of STRENGTH"...all of u were there for each other...lepak sessions...laughters...overnights..karaokes...n many more that only all of u knw what it is to complete a laughter...words that carve a smile on each others face or even cries that only u knw the reason y...
im an outsider that almost shed tears when u texted me 'i miss them' at 3plus in the morning..
almost break down when i knw that u still care bout all of them but u try hide it from everyone..
but if this is such...WHY dunt u step forward n clarify things..i knw y they are reacting in such a manner..n i understand y u are afraid to step forward...n i knw y u dunt wanna share wats actually happening btwn u n dem to me...but like ive saed..there no harm to say the WORD SORRY..provided u really mean it n will change for the better...n on the other hand..they will eventually forgive you..though it takes time..but im sure they treasure the FRIENDSHIP more than anything else...8 years n still counting..no joke...

dinner with rebecca n nana was sooo WOW!!~~

apparently..it was a last minute call..n the 3 of us met up for dinner at this japanese/korean restaurant...yeap!it was great food there..but i hate the kimci n miso soup!!...haax...bought my fav famous amous CHOCOLATE CHIP WITH PECAN AND DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP WITH PECAN den off too this rooftop garden n we chatted...bout lotsa things...THEN!!! nana came out with a qn that kept us CONVERSING non stop!!n laughed n think...n RATIONALE it out..hahaaaa...shall not be mean n blogged about it here..haha..cos if i did..i bet sum1 will really BLAST!...lolness..but there's this thing that i cant help it but to blog..its about a fashion statement that nana pointed out...wearing long sleeves..tites..N BIG SHOES!...ahhaa...wth!!!n becca made me laugh hard when was hinting me that ONG *** **** was walking pass us..den i turned n i went like.."EH HI ONG *****!"...n he waved back..then this becca..being so bad...saed this..'eeee..pretend that he didnt see us...eeyerk."..n she comented that his body=PYRAMID ..goodness girlfrens!!you both really make my NITE!....AWESOME princesses!

he hated it when i mentioned HER name...hhaaa..

aniwaes..BACK TRACK..
i was super down on fri..n i told him to make me happy when we meet after my work..n he did!..he bought for me my fav choc chips from famous amos..n we had dinner togeder..after which..i headed home..cos gotto work on sat MORNING!...so on saturday..went to work in the morning...went back hum to change..went to aisyah's 21st bdae..n initially i thought of goin hum late at night so that i can have enuf rest n get the energy for work in the afternoon the next day..BUT..due to the great company...HIM..n the rest..i decided to stay!!...heee...so i stayed..n guess wat.he was so iritating..very iritating..out of nowhere..BAD MOOD...arggG!!...went to changi beach..just the both of us..n we dint even talk!...OMG!..haha..so iritating rite..n he kept telling me this."sleep lar..sleep!''...hahah!i think hes tired too!!n ya..his eyes so "sepet sebelah"..i knw its not sore eyes..but its actually conjunctivitis..(an infection of the conjunctiva)..n yet..i still keep bein sarcastic n asked.."you got it from who??!!'kencing lipas??'??..." haha.. n he will roll his eyes!!iritating ehk..so ya..i did sleep on his shoulders...then we decided to go back to the chalet...we wnted to enter the chalet via the back door then we saw the couple..sleeping...so..both of us sat there..n i slept too..but HE is so iritating..became HYPER n kept disturbing me..then i saed this..'do watever u want..i wana sleeep"..he replied.."hahah!yes ar..i like it when ure tired!ahha"..CHEEEBAAI!!...hahhaha..so yeap..we chatted bout sum issues...n i like it when he whispers into my ears..heeeeeeee...ok..not tryng to be mushy2...we whispered cos the couple is sleeping ehk...so yar..but i love that moment!!!!heee..
so went hum on sunday morning..he kept wanting me to take MC..but i was so reluctant to do so...but on the other hand..i wanted to cos i was sooo tired..look..on fri i was on afternun shift..den sat, morning shift...den outs till sun morning..den nid to be off to work again..so TIRED!..n guess wat.i still went to work..hahah!..the day passed so fast cos it was a bz day at work..so ya..after work..met the couple n him again..chated 4 awile n home..slept like noones bizz...woke up..met him..n he accompanied me to study 4 my IV pharmacology n pharmaceutical...n i felt so different going to the library again...so after a while..i told him i wanted to eat...n it was nice of him to tapao fud for me..n i love the food!!!heee...we went over to "rainbow'' to have dinner..chat n chat n chat n chat n sing n sing n sing(cos we were listening to the new songs that he has just uploaded into the mp3)...then...JENG JENG JENG..then..QUARRELLL!!then...topic changed...we went okay again..wth ehk u u..ahhahah!...n i did ask him about wat he wrote in his blog n he went..

im soooo tired!!!work today was great..y??HALF DAY!hee...

n there's sth happened that i can say "im proud of myself"..chey..

this is what actually happened..

patient A needs to go down for Xray of the chest n abdomen..n shes on OXYGEN therapy..so..a staff nurse(SN) nids to accompany her down with the porter(someone who fetches n sends patients or things from anywhere to anywhere..)..ok..so the SN incharge of her was kind enuf..prepared the portable oxygen tank etc..and gues wat..she ONLY prepare..cos shes too bz to bring the pt down..another nurse was like.."yatassha,can help to bring patient down?"..oklor..n plus..this is the 2nd time sending pt down..the first time was a DIL(dangerously ill list) pt..means??anytime can die!haha..so this time round..was abit better rte..then i overheard the doctor saying.."we DIL her after the xray"..n iwas like.."wtf!..so shes also like..emm..VERY2 ILL??n yeap..she is..her tummy was distended..as if shes 6 months pregnant..n shes so breathless...so..as agreed..i send down the patient..reached the xray room.the clerk was checking the xray forms.then!..

clerk:staff nurse...

me:yes?

clerk:theres no doctors name on the form..

me:WHAT!!okok..ill call up the ward now..

clerk:ok..den help me to write it down on this form k..

me:ok..(picks up the fone on the counter..still keeping a glance on my patient..dials the ward's number..n taddaaa....ENGAGED!)

me:shyt..the wards fone is engaged!(continue koling n took out hp to call colleague..so both ears are with phones..)

clerk:wah..hahah!!

me:okok..wards fone's ringing!

so..after getting the dr's name..wrote down on the form..then strait to the xray room..cchanged pt to xray gown..then i was like chilling one side looking at how the radiologists was doing their work..then ..

radiologist X :staff nurse ar..i think patient urinated.n theres blood..

me:nvm..continue with xray first.

after xray was done i went to the pt..

me:ah ma..ni panjio ar?

me:(donned gloves wnet to check her pants n found out it was not wet then the radiologists n i was hunting for the source of the leakage..n..)aha! its her drip!shyt la...drips leaking..

radiologist:ouh ouh!

me:(realised the plug was halfway out of vein..wth rte!..)..help me get a micropore..thank you..

radiologist:okok!(kanchiong-ed)

me:(feels her vein where the plug was at..then pushes in the iv plug)

den mradiplogist passes me the micropore..i pasted on the plug..secured it..den NO MORE LEAKAGE!!.hhehhehe..

lucky i knw how to troubleshoot..n not listen to this Patient Care Assistant who was like saying.."SN u new rite..hmm..just off plug la..cannot do anything already..leaking alreadY.."

like seriously!he demanded to see THE CONSULTANT IC immediately!as if hes the only patient in the hospital!MF!
another silly thing i did was , i uncapped two needles when i just need to poke my patient ONCE...omg!..
i also inserted urine cathether to the VAGINA instead of the URETHRA!!....wats rong with you yatassha!!!
this is so FARKED!..

well..there are courses that im attending..
1)"e" charting..(stupid sgh thingy)
2)course on administration of medicines intraveneously,pharmacological knowledge of designated intravenous medicines.
3)pain management..( n how i wish i can use all those pain medications to help me recover from all the pain that im having)

i hope all this courses can help me divert my attention n i really hope i can cope..grr..

we were together during our attachment at 45.now shes at ENDOSCOPY CENTRE...n shes very happy!=)

the group used to be together for 3 attachments..ED.OT.WARD45..now..ill be goin back to 45 with luping..the rest...different path...wish them all the best!=))

if youre still wondering wats up with the fotos up here..n wats with ward 45..let me clarify...

ward allocation is finally out..n guess wat...ill be a STAFF NURSE at WARD 45...which is specialised in respiratory..FARKING SHITT!!!!wtf!wth...blood taking for almost every patient EVERYDAY..oxygen therapy..VENTOLIN NEBULISER...ok..lets talk about illnesses or procedures...'chronic obstructive pulmonary disease'..'asthma'..'pleural biopsy'..'chest tube insertion'..'pneumonia'...'pneumothorax'..ok FARK!!!!!these medical jargons n chiminologies are making me SICK!!!.(how i wish ive paid attention during school days!).n not forgoting!!!'tracheostomy'!!!!!!arggggG!!!!! ill end up taking the oxygen n use it to breathe more than my patient needs it!!!

n ZUL..congrats for getting to the ward that both of us wanted..COLORECTAL SURGERY...

ReBecCa ChOo WaN yEe's Birthday SURPRISE!!

heehee...nana n i planned this surprise n it turned out WELL!=)

this is wat happened...

nana n i texted rebecca saying that we will b miting..n i texted becca to mit up ferst..as usual..n she believed me of corse..

but the fact s that..nana n i will be miting up to grab last minute items eg.birthday cake...we called up her house to inform her mummy that we're coming...hehe..so...we went up to her house...lite up the candles on the cake..knocked her bedroom door..n TADAA!!ehehhe..she was in her pyjamas still..hehe...she refused to get out from her room n kip hiding behind the door..only showing her face..hhaa!! we gave her the dress that we bought n forced her to change..den nana n i gave her a makeover..we gave her a manicure..makeup n curles!!=))

then off to sarpinos..n she thought we are goin to VIVO CITY...muahah...in the bus..we blindfolded her!!she was so "MALU"..hehe...once we reached..she cn smell the place..haha..walao....had our dinner n i cant finish up my food!!n thank god she loves the pizza!!hehe.after dinner..we went home...took the bus...nana alight ferst...n after 2 bustops away from nana's place....

rebecca n i witness a FIGHTING SCENE!! a drunkard chinese man,out of nowhere punched an indian man's head in front of him..wtf!!n he slapped the indian man's son too! that was when the indian man punched him 4 times till he dropped!muahah! so..the bus driver got to stop for about an hour...waited for the ambulance and police to come..but its so swit of the indian man to apologize to all of us in the bus for the delay..n he said sth lke this..'im realy very sorry for the delay.but wat can i do?he slapped my son..and i was just protecting my son...every father will do that rite.."..n i was like...awww...=))

VALENTINES DAY!!=))

well...v'dae was great 4 me..hehe..in fact IT was e BEST vdae ive ever had!ehhe..

here goes..

i was on morning shift..den as planned..met zul after shift to go to fatinah's(one of the staff in the ward ) engagement..

soon after that..randomly..zul n i decided to go to ct hall...so..i called up rabia to ask her along..yay!she cn make it!!shes bringing her sis along!yes ar..hehe

so..when i reached ct hall.next to esplanade..there's this 'amusement park' thingy..the thrilling rides made me so hyper!!though by then im really very shagged! watever it is..i wanna have fun!haha..rabia arrived..1st ting she saed 'tasha!!kau bawak aku g tempat mcm gini!'haha..wel2....its fun mah..hehe..titi(rab's sis), i must thank her for bein there..if not ill be stucked with 2 cats.rab n zul..as both of them are so scared!!haha...well..we took our first ride..TOP GUN..it was so great! reminds me of the inverter and viking at escape theme park..walao..after the ride..rabia almost cried!haha..poor thing..but the ride is really very GRRRR...haha..i managed to scream..'rabia..im sorry'!hha..but most of the time i kept sreaming..'TITI!TITI!' cos she's siting next to me..great company!ahaha..

after that ride..rabia decided not to go 4 e next ride..DROP ZONE.k lor..so she sold her tickets..hehe..den she became our camera women.hehe..so..i was so excited...took off my shues after getting a seat at drop zone..den..i acidently stepped on VOMITUS! bloody hell..b4 e ride starts...ive already SCREAMED!hahaha...watever la..i reached 4 my wet tissues..cleaned my feets..den sit back at my seat!wen the ride started...i still scream 'TITI!TITI!hahah...goodness...wen its at the highest point..it was great..to c ppl dwn der are so tiny..but when it drops..its as if..my lungs and heart wana drop out frm my mouth...together with my vocal cords as i was screaming at the top of my voice!!gosh!

hehe..after dat..we r all so tired..went makansutra to buy food..goodness!damn packed..so we decided to pack food den eat by the river..hehe..den i saw this familiar face..my patient n his daughter!hehe..so nice to c him so healthy...hehe...first time in my nursing life..sum1 called me 'MISSY AR..MISSY AR..' in public...hehe..

ok people...if youre all wondering...those are actually fotos taken yesterdae!!!

here goes...

yesterdae marks e last dae of exams...so we plan to break our fast together..hehe..makcik rabia n i actualy plan to surprse zul n mariam..so as 4 mariam..rabia have to plan with hazim 4 e surprise too..hehe...its a 2 weeks planning with surveys n stuffs...n yap..yesterdae was a success i hope..hehe..

we went MAKAN SUTRA to break fast after papers..talk n talk...eat n eat..den makcik rab n i went to e fruit shop to buy 2 honeydews for them as a replacement for bdae cake..(actually we plan to buy a pandan cake la)..so ya...we came out n sang bdae songs n mar n zul was like.."hahahhahahha...awwww...." ya..

so after tat..we went to e river..dem,not knwing tat another surprise is cumng up..lol!haha..den take fotos n stuffs..rab n i told them that we goin toilet..actualy2..we went to esplanade..went in to haagen daz(H.D)..ordered the fondue n wait 4 dem..n since makcik is wit dem..makcik have to tel dem that she has to go hum n nid dem to send her cos she duno her way to go hum..haha..at that point of time..hazim already knw e plan..n if mariam were to not want to send..he have to persuade her n stuffs..n as for zul..aiya.hes alwaes e 'ok go' type..no problem wan..hehe..

so wen they were walking pass e H.D..dey saw us...n ya..frm e expression on their faces..haha..i was like super speechleess la..LOVE YOU LA MAR N ZUL!HAAHA

so ya..bought for zul a crocs polo t n mar..an esprit wallet..hope you both rili like it k..

so after e celeb..we went dwm again..to e river..sang songs..laugh n laugh..n played BABI ATTACK!!! omg..sudenly we r all not halal...haha..zul as usual..e highest babi..*oink oink*

feeling kinda down..not just becos of exams n production...but there are other stuffs thats bothering me.

eg: 14/08/09 marks the last dae of school!! (not that ive ended my 3 yrs course) and tat mins after that dae...its all about ATTACHMENTS!!!n no more nr0722 being together! i e filings sucks!! no more tutorial..thogh i used to hate it..no mor labs..though i dislike it....no more lectures!!...shitla..lectures took so much of my time in sch..n nw..no more...sum sae its a gd ting..but no ok!!Its not!!

so yeap..today's theme for my group was formal! so awkward leh! n yeap...i kept reminding myself to bring my heels to school! n gues wat!!!??? well...todae was e last presentation...not last presentation for the semester only..but also THE LAST PRESENTATION FOR THE REST OF THE NURSING COURSE!i duno shud i feel sad or happy...since year 1..we have got loads n loads of presentations n we farking hate it cos of mitngs during breaks..weekends...holidays...we also hate it cos we need to meet up with lecturer to ensure that we are on the corect track..n we hate it even more when we get to knw we side track or worse..wrong track!! haha..ill miss those daes where grp members quarrel cos we dint cum to concenses n stuffs like tat...miss those times where we will have to edit e ppt slides...miss those times where we will have to go to the library to research..miss those times where we have to plan a way to make the presentation mor interesting!hahha...well..this is part of life rite..when there's a begining..there MUST be an ending...hmm..

yes! thanks to makcik's good idea..which just popped up during lecture..makcik.mariam.rabia.and i decided to watch HANGOVER..an excellent movie!!2 THUMBS UP!!!we laughed n laughed...the 4 guys in the movie actually sumhow shows sum c'tics thats quite similar to the 4 of us..hahha...love you gals loads!!=))n the best part...i wasn't even prepared to go out after sch la...MAKE-UPLESS!!=)
